Good to know.
How long does a Deep Interior take?
Typically 3 to 5 hours: about 3 for a small car, 4 for a standard car or dual cab ute, and 5 for a large SUV, 7-seater or American truck. Heavily soiled vehicles can take longer, and we confirm before any extra charge.
How long until the seats are dry?
Usually 4 to 12 hours, depending on the weather, ventilation and how soiled the carpets were. Leave the windows slightly open where you can and go easy on the car for the first few hours.
Can you get every stain out?
Most, but not all. Some deep-set stains such as ink, dye transfer and certain food and drink stains can be permanent. We assess them on the day and tell you what is realistic.
What about vomit, blood or urine?
Biohazard clean-up isn’t included in the Deep Interior price and carries a separate sanitation fee. Please mention it when you book so we come prepared.
Can you remove mould?
We can do a mould and bio clean: a full interior clean, a dedicated bio treatment and an ozone finish. We’re not mould remediation specialists and can’t guarantee it won’t return, and any leak or moisture source needs repairing separately.
What do you need from me on the day?
Access to power and water within 30 metres of the car. Saturday bookings are +15% and Sunday +25%, and studio drop-off at Corbould Park has no travel fee.
